Working as “Senior Production Technician” at Kadanwari Gas Processing Plant, which is world’s 2nd largest plant to process gas using membrane technology, I am involved in Kadanwari Gas Processing Plant. Responsible for safe and economic operation of the plant which consist of following units:

• Control room operation, with SCADA -Intouch,TNT Paragon Factory link..
• Wellhead Telemetry system,
• Slug catcher/Test separator.
• Inlet separator/Pre-treatment
• Adsorption (MemGuard Vessels)
• Membrane for removal of CO2, H2S and Water vapor from gas.
• Catalyst Bed using Zinc Oxide to remove H2S.
• Dew Point control.
• Incinerator for H2S incineration
• Power Generation(Caterpillar & Commin’s 1000 KVA each)
• Sale Gas Fiscal metering and on line analysis.
• Solar Centaur Turbine driver Dresser Rand Centrifugal Compressors.
• N.P. 4 stage 2MC/2BCL Centrifugal compressor. With GE Turbine. Mark-V control System.
• Ham worthy two stage double acting instrument air compressor, Nitrogen Package, Water treatment and fire water system.
• Front End Compression Coopers –Superior model 16 SGT / WH-64 two stage, gas engine driven reciprocating compressor.
• Was team member to achieve ISO-14001

I have worked as “Process Supervisor” at their membrane Technology NaoH plant, most modern in Asia. Manufacturer of NaoH, Cl2 gas, Hcl, Naocl, Ca (OH) 2 and water treatment by reverse osmosis. During the job I was responsible to handle shut down jobs, production specification, production controls and production log sheets for the following units:
• Water treatment (R.O & Demin unit)
• Hcl furnace.
• Brine and evaporation unit.
• Cell Plant.
• Bleeching lye and bleaching powder.
• Refringent, Chillers.
• Air and Chlorine compressors.
• Boilers and generators.
Jan-84 to Jan-86 EXXON CHEMICAL PAKISTAN LIMITED.
I have worked as “Process operator” at their Urea Plant in Dhahrki. During my tenure I worked on following posts:
Synthesis, Recovery and de-composition of gases, finishing including Prill tower. Safety trainings and fire fighting exercises were the main sought of our thinking.

• Ensuring full compliance of Permit to Work Systems.
• Planning and coordinating the Plant annual turn around activities in a supporting role.
• Adhering to strict HSE standards, participating in JSA’s, Risk Assessments. Well Familiar Near Miss/Hazard/incident & Accident reporting (CARE Incident/Accident Reporting Tool)
• Adhere with HSE policies, fully aware of Global warming, ISO-14001 environmental standards
• Responsible for Identifying and troubleshooting process/ equipment upsets through condition monitoring tools in my area of responsibility
• As a Senior Production Operator try to optimize all parameters to gain Smooth Operation.
• Fire & gas monitoring and shut-down system, PLC/ HMI based centralized controlling & monitoring.
• Horizontal/vertical slug Catchers, scrubbers, Filter coalescer, three phase separation system.
• UOP designed thermally regenerative adsorption system, packed bed adsorption system.
