Duties and Responsibilities
Civil works (Field operation)
o Prepare 3 weeks look ahead schedule (Planning)
o Monitoring of work progress & prepare weekly and monthly progress report
o Manpower, equipment, tools & daily activity monitoring
o Make sure that drawings used at site are of latest revisions
o Assist surveyor in laying out locations prior to excavation
o Submit request for inspection (RFI) to quality control department
o Report to engineering department regarding site technical queries
o Coordinate to support group regarding the services needed for the following activities such as: Scaffolders (access), Riggers (lifting activities), Welders (welding works) and Electricians (lightings).
o Help enforce safety policies at site.

o Assist surveyor in plumbness & elevation readings
o Submit request for inspection (RFI) to quality control department
o Report to engineering department regarding site technical queries

o Design temporary spools/flanges used in chemical cleaning of BFW & SSH lines
