Electrical Engineer/ ETO

Seeking for a position of Marine Electrical Engineer/ ETO in a reputed company with a view to using my skills for benefit of the organization

- 10.2007-01.2012 as an Electrical engineer/ETO on the container and bulk carrier vessels for Denmark (2007-2008), USA (2008-2009), Greek (20010-2011) and German (2011-2012) shipping companies.
- 12.2006-04.2007 as an Electrical trainee on the Ro-Ro vessel for Greek shipping company.
- 03.2005-12.2006 as an assistant designer in design engineering bureau of “Tavrida Electric” company that specializes in producing high voltage vacuum circuit breakers.
During that time I had dealt with:
• Operation and maintenance of major electrical equipment such as switchgears, generators, electrical motors, transformers, rectifiers, UPS, starting and emergency batteries system and etc.
• Troubleshooting and servicing of alarm, control and monitoring systems (Kongsberg, Norcontrol, Nabco, Noris, Lingso Marine, SAM Electronics, Deif).
• Navigation and communication vessel equipment.
• Service of cargo cranes (Fully electrically driven and electro-hydraulically).
• SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) used for controlling electrical motors of cargo cranes.
• PLC based control systems.
• Troubleshooting and repair of electrical circuits.
• Installation and connection of any electrical wires, fixtures, appliances, apparatus, conduits.
• Drawing up of a maintenance plan and ordering of electrical spare parts and consumables.
• Excellent relationship management & negotiation skills with the ability to implement continuous training for team.

1) 2003-2009. Master degree of Marine technologies: Electrical Engineer (Sevastopol National technical University).
2) 2010-till now. Fourth-year student of Ships Power Plant department in Sevastopol National technical University.

I have all required certificates according to STCW 95

- Maintenance of marine electrical systems and devices.
- Expertise in automatic mechanisms and their associated electrical control systems.
- Knowledge and experience in the field of electronics.
- Capable of implementing design changes, make modifications, upgrade or install new electro-mechanical equipment or systems as required.
- Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and refrigeration systems.
- Able to work together with other engineers and individuals to solve and define the developmental problems.
- Excellent communication with mix crew.
- High level of commitment, self-motivation and enthusiasm, conscientious and reliable. Quick learner and hard worker.
Computer knowledge:
• Repairing & troubleshooting in hardware and office equipment.
• Familiar with different kinds of OS: Linux, Windows.
• Good experience in the field of networks: LAN, WAN, Internet, wireless etc.
• Deep knowledge in computer programs: MS Office, AutoCad, MathCad, Mechanical desktop, Ansys.
• Experience and maintenance job with PMS programs: ShipSure, Titan, MesPas etc.
