Proposal engineering, Process engineering & Development of Fired Heaters (API 560 – Design Code)
Techno-Commercial Analysis of Enquiry Tender Documents
Getting necessary back-up quotes from Sub-vendors for Bought-outs
Preparation of BOM
Making Techno-Commercial proposal for Fired Heaters (API 560 design code) as per End Customer Requirement.
Regular Interaction with Consultant / Customer until Order Finalization
Thermal design of Different type of Fired Heaters, such as Hot oil Heaters, Charge Heaters, Dowtherm Vaporisers, Regeneration gas Heaters etc
Preparation of Process Flow Diagrams, Piping and Instrumentation Diagram for each application
Fans, Pumps sizing, Burner heat duty calculation
Process fluid, steam, cooling water pipe sizing
Preparation of equipment’s data sheets e.g Burner, FD & ID fans, Cast APH, Damper etc.
Handling the Responsibilities for the Order Execution
Releasing specifications for brought out items
Checking of vendor documents
Technical support to site engineers
