Professional Experience
Since 1989 up until 2001 have been working on Reefer ships as a reefer engineer, being incharge of the operation & maintenance of the ships Reefer plants.Since 2001 up until date have been working on LPG tankers,Ethylene tankers as a Cargo/Gas Engineer, incharge of Operation & maintenance of the cargo plant, Pneumatics & hydraullics on board LPG tankers.Have loaded & discharged cargoes(using Deepwell pumps, Framo pumps & submersible pumps)Cargoes handled Propane, Butane, Ethylene, VCM, Butedine,Propylene & Ammonia.
Eductation
Academic: HSC (12th Std)
Technical:3 yrs Diploma in Marine Refrigeration & Airconditioning from Naval Dockyard Mumbai.
Certification
Advance Gas Handling course,Basic LPG tanker course, all STCW courses,Gas endorsement valid till May 2015.
Additional Information
I have worked on all kinds of LPG ships Old & new types, from 27000 M3 (Ethylene carriers)with Cylindrical independent tanks upto 82,000 M3 latest VLGC's having prismatic tanks the latest state of the art technology in maintaining the temperatures of the various cargoes.
