My responsibilities are to:
• Deal with external Auditor for Social Compliance Audit, Customer COC’s (Levi’s, Adidas, Next, etc), certifications (ISO 9001, 14001, SA 8000, Organic Exchange, WRAP etc.
• Maintain documentation, External/ Internal Audit of ISO 14001, 9001 WRAP, SA 8000, Organic Exchange etc.
• Comply with the customer code of conduct, term of engagement with in the organization.
• Administrative and technical Supervision of Waste Water Treatment Plant of 160m3/hr capacity, Installation & Commissioning of WWTP 150M3/Hr capacity at Crescent Textile Mills.
• To conduct process water analysis (Softening plant, RO plant, Cooling tower, Oil, wastewater, ground water etc)
• Good practical hand on Lab equipments.
• Conduct housekeeping/ EHS Audits to ensure the safe working condition
• Implement hot & cold work permit to prevent the accidents & ensure the safe working environment.
• Ensure that the work being done is carried out by using proper personal protective equipments (PPE) by the employees
• Inspect /ensure the safe work conditions in the confined and open places
• Arrange & conduct trainings & drills for all the employees regarding
a. Fire Fighting
b. Toxic gas leakage & emergency preparedness & Response
c. Chemical Spillage
d. Electrical Hazards
e. First Aid & Artificial Respiration
f. HSE Awareness
