AREA OF EXPOSURE AND EXPERTISE:-

1. Good understanding of Plc-Scada.

2. Good understanding of fluid mechanism to size the control valve and flow meters.

3. Good understanding of RTUS, relay logic box and other instruments like thermocouple, PT-100, pressure gauge, pressure transmitter /Indicator, Flow control valve, Pressure control valve ,Flow meters (for single phase, two phase and three phase)level indicator / transmitter and Rota-meter, Emergency Shutdown valves.

4. Good understanding of logics and interlocking for complex process.

5. Well aware to size the control valve and flow meters like vortex meter, electromagnetic flow meter, venture meter, turbine meter, ultrasonic flow meter and orifice flow meter.

6. Well are with P& IDs and isometric and plot plan drawings.

7. Can prepare the cause and effect diagram in coordination with process department.

8. Well aware with DCS and SCADA system.

9. Well aware with shell standards and international standards.

10. Can prepare instrument data sheet for different instrument in coordination of process department.

11. Well aware with fluid mechanics fundamentals.

12. Well aware with control narratives based on operating and control philosophy provided by the process department.

13. Well aware with fire and gas philosophy.

14. Well aware with microprocessor programming.

15. Well aware with logic gate.
