JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advising, Guiding and Facilitating the Project/Line management, supervisors and Workforce on all matters pertaining to Health, Safety & Environment
• Monitoring HSE Standards in the activities at sites and giving positive advice

• Organizing in-house training and Mandatory training to employees and keeping records of the same
• Rendering required assistance to line management in the investigation of incidents and disseminating learning points.

• Carrying out periodic inspections of Vehicles, Plant, Equipment, Tools, PPE etc. for HSE adequacy as scheduled in the HSE plan and forwarding report to all concerned for Corrective actions if any
• Compiling and maintaining HSE statistics pertaining and rendering report to the HSE systems manager
and HSE systems Manager and follow up for Corrective actions if any
• Regular Site Inspection with respect to Hazard Effect Management Process (HEMP) of all types of activities
• Monitor Maintenance of Portable Fire Extinguishers
• Scaffolding, Hand tools, power tools and lifting equipment inspection on regular basis.
