 Study the Equipment&Structural drawings & Estimation of material cost.

 Planning & deciding whether to purchase or subcontract.

 Deciding Purchase Technical Specifications & Quality Assurance Plan.

 Ordering and follow up with Vendors.

 Project monitoring & Co – ordinating by use of PERT Charts

 Final Inspection & Quality Test like U.T., R.T and DPT TEST(NDT) Carried out with client

 Plan, direct and coordinate activities through out all areas of production to ensure that target is achieved.

 Preparation of detailed plan from raw material to despatch.
