Area of operation: Gas Processing Unit
Description: Operation of Gas Processing Unit of natural gas capacity of 12.00 MMSCMD and sweet gas production of 11.35 MMSCMD from field as well as from DCS.
I am responsible for
• Day to day operation and trouble shooting in the plant.
• Monitoring safe operating conditions of the plant and product quality from field, LCP (local control panel) as well as DCS.
• Effectively contributing in reviewing operating manuals. Preparation of start-up and instructional manuals.
• Interacting directly with technical staff, & coordinating with maintenance department following safety norms.
• Responsible for Monitoring/analyzing and advance trouble shooting.
• Involved in monthly & annual preventive maintenance, start up and shut down and emergency situations and shutdowns, and following work permit (hot/cold).
Area of operation: Gas Sweetening Unit
Description: Operation of Gas Sweetening Unit of natural gas capacity of 12.00 MMSCMD and sweet gas production of 11.35 MMSCMD from field as well as from DCS.
Role: I was responsible for
• Day to day operation and trouble shooting in the plant.

• Effectively contributing in reviewing operating manuals. Preparation of start-up and instructional manuals.
• Operation during Normal/Emergency shutdown & startup of the plant / unit.
• Responsible for Monitoring/analyzing and advance trouble shooting.
