Rich Experience spanning 24 years in the fields of Maintenance and Planning in High Profile prestigious organizations such as Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation Ltd. (SPIC, India), Dupont Singapore Pte Lte / Invista Singapore Pte Ltd and Air Products Asia (Singapore).

• Certified SAP Plant Maintenance consultant.
• Working Experience with CMMS (SAP R3, Datastream 7i) including 3 Full Cycle SAP implementation phase in Dupont / Invista Singapore Pte Ltd (2 Plants) and Air Products Asia (140 Asian Plants).
• Well experienced in (a) Maintaining History in CMMS (b) Review of Maintenance Plans and Update the same in SAP (c) Maintaining Proper Master Data of technical Objects in SAP like Codes and Catalogs, Equipment classification with appropriate characteristics, required PPM programs.
• Experienced in preparing various reports and reviewing KPIs and appraise management regarding Manpower utilization, Problematic equipments, cost and Budget Variance.
• Experienced in creating simple ABAP reports as per user requirement and well experienced in creating many ABAP query reports using standard SAP tables
• Handled team of Planners and Schedulers and monitor the performance with respect to compliance, utilization of proper planning process and delivery of various plans to all relevant departments and manage Development Program for Subordinates.
• Successful implementation of SAP ECC 6.00 & Business Intelligence (BI) for the Plant Maintenance.

Maintenance Planning: Experienced in Planning for Routine maintenance, Shutdown / Turnaround, plant revamping & expansion projects which involve (a) Planning of Manpower, Materials, Special Tools and Outside Services (b) Preparation of activity lists (c) Scheduling, Progress reporting, follow-up and review using Primavera-3 & MS Project(d) Preparation of Various Reports, Gantt Charts, S-Curve, etc.

Maintenance: Experienced in Maintenance of (a) Rotating Machineries such as Turbines, High Speed Centrifugal Compressors, Reciprocating Compressors, Multistage Centrifugal Pumps, Reciprocating pumps, Fans, Blowers, Diesel Engines, etc. (b) Static Equipments such as all types of Heat Exchangers, Boilers, Pressure vessels, Reactors, Towers & Columns, etc.
