Desire the challenging position of Mechanical Engineer/Field Supervisor to provide technical expertise; guidance and impartation of knowledge to more Mechanical & Structural Engineering and Piping Engineering works.

Progress monitoring for Furnace Equipments, Structural, Mechanical and Vendor Piping (Radiant Coil) works.
Preparing work schedule, three months & three weeks lookahead
Monitor Field Change Sheet, Site Instruction work and timesheets
Handover / Transfer work to next responsible discipline
Receive handover works from other discipline
Coordinate to client for smooth work and for design clarification
Prepare reports for internal and client meeting
Take off special pipe support
Request inspection for completed activities at site
Monitor Furnace structural and mechanical manpower
Monitor man-hour charging per activity ID
Prepare JCRF (Joint No. Change Request Form)
Prepare purchase request for consumables and tolls needed at site
Finalize balancing record of radiant coil
Coordinate to Engineering Department for as-built drawing

Progress monitoring and provide technical support for Civil Works at Green Field Area (Mogas Desulfurization Unit, Cooling water, Interconnectting Piperack, Hydrogen Recovery Unit Area, & Instrument Air Area)
Planning and scheduling of concrete pouring of foundations including calculation for volume of concrete required and sequence of pouring as per actual site condition
Preparing work schedule, three months and three weeks look ahead for Greenfield Area
Supervision for Manhole / Foundation Precast and Site Supervision
Material requirement take-off for advance procurement

Reconditioning of different type of valves such as solenoid valve, actuator valve, butterfly valve, etc.
Reverse alignment on shaft of feed water pump
Maintaining grease requirement for steam turbine bearing & fan bearing.
Set up reducer valve for natural gas reducing station
Inspection of gas turbine blades prior for major shutdown
Reface valve seat
