Job Description: Responsible for the smooth Operation of 580 MMSCFD Compressor station as Control Room Engineer

• Seven, frame III (MS 3142 J), 7.3 MW heavy duty industrial Gas HP/LP Turbines made by AEG KANIS (GE) of Germany.
• Seven, HP/LP centrifugal Compressors (06MV 4A) made by MANNESMANN DEMAG of Germany.
• Screw pumps (ALLWEILER).
• Plunger type pumps (BRANN & LUEBBE).
• Expansion turbines for starting (COPPUS).
• Reducer and speed up gear boxes (BHS), parallel shaft.
Air-cooled heat exchangers (fin fan coolers) with variable pitch control.
• Schedule testing of various equipment on weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis.
• Completion of checklist before starting the units.
• Tracing of faults / abnormalities and to raise MWO/PMO and perform its maintenance.
