EXPERIENCE
8 years of working experience in Commissioning, Maintenance & Shutdown in various plants like Oil &Gas,Refinery and Petrochemical industries in India and abroad.

INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN ( Abroad)
• Presently working with QNFS, Qatar(A Fluor Daniel Joint Venture) in Qatar Shell (Pearl Gas To Liquids) Maintenance since August 2010.

• Worked for Al- Meer Technical Service Company Kuwait in Commissioning Maintenance of MOIP Project, KNPC Mina Al-Ahmadi Refinery from May 2007 to August 2009.

INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN (INDIA)
Worked for Advanced Instrumentation and Validation Service, Trivandrum in Maintenance department of Kochi Refineries Limited on contract basis From November 2003 to February 2007.

 Involved in the Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, loop checking, logic sequence checking, normal maintenance and shutdown jobs of different units and equipments like Boilers,Gas turbines,Steam Turbines,HRSG’s,Gas Compressors etc. in the Plant.
 Have worked with all type of Transmitters for measurements like flow, pressure, temperature,level, density, speed etc.
 Conventional and SMART type of transmitters of Yokogawa, Foxboro, ABB, Rosemount, Honeywell and Moore makes.
 Familiar with Honeywell Experion PKS Foundation Fieldbus Technology.
 Familiar with troubleshooting of Machine Monitoring System (MMS) Bently Nevada.
 Planning & preparation of monthly PM Job listing for all Field & Control Room Instruments with operation and completion of related documentation.
 Independent Corrective & Preventive Maintenance jobs for Systems & Field Instruments including meeting with operation requirements, Day/Night shift activities and usual turnaround jobs/shutdown jobs.
 Masoneilan, Valtek, & Fisher,IL, Samson Control Valves with SMART Positioners
 Ebro On-Off Valves and MOV's.(ROTORK AND AUMA).
 Completely familiar with Safety standards/Work permit systems of Qatar Shell, Equate Petrochemical Kuwait & Kuwait National Petroleum Company(KNPC) and attended safety training.

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering (Three- year) from Govt: Polytechnic College Thodupuzha, Kerala.India.
• Part time Six month Diploma certificate in Instrumentation Technology from P.S.G Polytechnic Coimbatore, Tamilnadu through off-campus centre.
• Pre-Degree (Physics,Chemistry,Mathematics) from M.G University, Kerala.
• Secondary School Leaving Certificate from Board of Public Examination, Kerala.
