Professional Experience
Ensuring that the legal documents and other contractual documents are effectively drafted, reviewed, interpreted, and vetted.
Providing professional support to procurement managers and General Manager.
Review and settle vendors and subcontractors claims related to our projects.
Liaise with procurement Managers in all departments within the division to assure procurement policy and procedures are followed and Best Value is achieved.
Representing the company in ensuring the efficient handling and winning resolution of all negotiations and disputes related to our contracts.
Supervising, researching and analyzing implication of laws, legislation, and regulatory matters that affect the company and reporting them back to General Manager.
Prepare & Analyzes contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
Reviews proposals, bids, and contract modifications.
Identification of contract procedures.
Reviewing and negotiating licensors and EPC contractors offers submitted.
Manage the kick-off meetings to discuss proposal requirements.
Interface with Project Managers and Supervisors to ensure contract information is complete and ask questions when additional information is required.
Participate in pricing discussions and ensure pricing components of the proposal are compliant and formatted according to RFP & law requirements.
Oversee the proposal production and delivery; ensuring compliance with all RFP requirements.
Interface with potential contractors.
