An enthusiastic, capable Degree in Mechl Engg with 3.5 Yrs of exp in execution of HVAC&Plumbing project seeks a challenging opportunity in a growth-oriented Organization where I can utilise my skills & incorporate in its building and growth

 Installation, Testing and Commissioning of HVAC Systems like Ductable and Non Ductable Split /c, Package Unit and Chiller unit complete with accessories, fittings, insulation.
 Installation, Testing and commissioning of Plumbing and drainage system as per water installation standard.
 Preparation of Shop drawings, MEP Co-ordination & as-built drawings, quantity take off.
 Co-ordination with Consultants and Customer/Clients for finalizing and approval of drawings and bills.
 Preparation of daily and weekly reports.
 Responsible for the Estimation & Costing of HVAC and Plumbing projects. Final bid preparation, discussion with senior management for tender price finalization.
 Study of tender documents, identify scope of works and review of material specification
& all other technical/commercial requirements, conduct site visit as required to familiar with the condition of site.
 Preparation of Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Enquiries for materials & Sub contract works.
 Material takeoff for complete HVAC and Plumbing and Fire fighting System & Pricing as per the Specification prescribed.
 Calculation of system volume for the selection of pressurization unit in Chilled Water System.
 Pump head calculation for selection of pump in HVAC system.
 External Water supply and Drainage system work such as HDPE Piping work installation with respective standard.
