3) To provide the technical feed back to Sales / Purchasing depts.

Job Description

1) Receive all requests (EWR) from Sales and Operation Depts., review and execution.
2) Review and approve the final drawings / Specs and issue to Operation for its execution.
3) To provide the technical feed back to Sales / Purchasing depts.
4) Review and verified the operation rout card (work order routing) issued to operations.
5) To get the feed back from Sales for reverse engineering for any job and make its plan to do this job.
6) To make schedule rotating equipments (pumps) reverse engineering based on Faro Arms.
7) Sales and customer site visits requirement (Rigs, Aramco. Swcc, etc.)
8) To prioritize the new Projects after discussing with Sales and getting approval from customer.
9) Licensors for Premium Connections, get technical support and to maintain updated documentations and issue to Operation dept.
10) To maintain the updated OEM documentation i.e. Shaffer / HYDRIL in library and issue to Operation and Quality control dept.,
11) To make schedule, monitoring and updating (WIP)
12) Std. Non Std. product prepare engineering disposition based on Q/C receiving inspection report
13) Any other special assignment from management.
14) To produce drawings / Specs based on API 6A, API 5CT, API 16A, API 7 and API 7K
15) To produce drawings / Specs based on drawings / Specs provided by Premium connection licensors.
Premium licensee: Vam, GrantPrideco, Tenaris, Hydril, NSCC, etc.,
16) To produce drawing / specification based on combination of API and Licensors Premium connections.
17) To prepare the DVR (Design Verification Report) for every API products (Adaptor flange, Mud cross, Adaptor spools, etc.) and non API products (Crossovers, Q/u adaptor, etc.) and get review from 3rd party if required.
18) To check material requirements, Hardness values Pressure test, marking / color coding requirement etc

Professional Qualification:
(i) Academic : HSC (Pass)
(ii) Technical : DME. (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering)
(iii) Additional : Auto CAD (Release 14 & 2000), micro station –J & SE
