Utilities & Off sites Operations including pre-commissioning,commissioning,trouble shooting & flow less start up.

• 15 years experience in Utilities& off sites including Operation of DCS YOKOGAVA CS-3000, HONEY WELL. TPS-300 and PLC of ALLEN BREDLY.
• .Having good experience in Normal Operation, Trouble shooting, Start-up and Shut down of various Utilities& off sites as per procedure.
• Review & follow of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up procedure.
• Rich experience in pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and troubleshooting activities.
• Familiars with equipment and system turn over procedure.
• Strong knowledge of PERMIT TO WORK PROCEDURE (Shell Global and Foster Wheeler.)
• Good working experience with contractors and multi nationality persons during constructions, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up period.
• Develop, implement, coordinate and maintain in plant training program for the National industrial on job trainees and bring them up to the industrial working standard
• I have worked as an Operations foreman, DCS Operator & Field Operator during my career
• Study of P & ID, PFD, review of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up procedures.
• Involved in Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up and troubleshooting activity in Yanbu National Petrochemicals Co. (YANSAB, A SABIC affiliated company), Saudi Arabia.
• Involve in Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up and troubleshooting activity in Oman Oil Refineries & Petroleum Industries Company.(Aromatics Division),Sultanate Of Oman
• Appreciation awards from plant managers for process emergency response and trouble shooting.
• Working with Micro soft office, word, Excels, Power point etc.
