Role: Process Engineer at Central Process Complex, Mumbai Offshore
Responsibilities:
„« Monitoring process parameters through Honeywell designed DCS TDC 3000 and troubleshooting five nos of three phase crude oil separator to achieve desired quality of Oil, Gas and Water separation.
„« Monitor Crude transfer pump parameters and troubleshooting in dispatch of crude oil to onshore terminal.
„« Compression of 14 MMSCM of Natural gas with six nos of Centrifugal compressor and monitoring parameters of Gas Generator, Power Turbine, Centrifugal Compressor and its auxiliary units.
„« Monitoring Process parameters and troubleshooting four nos of Gas De-hydration units using TEG and TEG regeneration system.
„« Monitoring process parameters and trouble shooting of produced water conditioning units for safe disposal of effluent into sea as per standards.
„« Carry out Mass and Energy balance of process system.
„« Optimum injection of De-emulsifier chemicals for effective separation of Oil and Water Emulsion.
„« Monitor Fire and Gas detection panel comprising of UV, Thermal, Smoke, Gas detectors and Suppression system.
„« Proactively identifying areas of hazards and taking corrective measures to rectify the equipments which can lead to critical/hazardous operations.
„« Planning and scheduling of Shutdown and preventive maintenance of static and rotary equipments.
„« Development and implementation of start-up/shutdown operations and normal operation strategies, assist multi-disciplinary engineering teams in developing operational flexibility for changing process conditions.
„« Preparation of programs and execution of Satellite cluster well head oil/gas well testing and well activation.
„« Analysis of well test data and planning reconciliatory steps for optimization of oil and gas production and maintaining health of reservoir intact.
