We joint the work with the general electric company of Libya, at Homs power station
"Homs power station is one of the power station belongs to GECOL, and it is consist of 4 steam turbine 127 Mw watt each, 4 gas turbines 150 Mw each, 4 desalination units M.S.F type 10500 m3/day, plus other auxiliary system like the Auxiliary boilers and hydrogen plant and D.M plant."

I joint the operation department, as a filed operator then as a main unit control board operator.
Main activity
-round check of all main boiler and turbine systems
- take action if some emergency cases happened
- isolate the component electrically and mechanically for maintenance
- Report daily to SCE.

Main activity
- assisting the SCE in operating and monitoring the units
- supervising the shutdown activity
- approving the work permit orders
- coordinating with the maintenance departments regarding the pland shutdowns

I was promoted to operation department manager.
Main activity
- organizing the operation department
- monitoring and controlling the operation activity
- put the strategy and the priority of the operation
- coordinating with the other department and with the station management to keep the power plant operating safely and reliably
- involved in many committees for studying the power plant specifications offered from different suppliers

Moved to GESCO ( global electricity service company ) , "GESCO is a joint venture company between GECOL from Libya and ESKOM from South Africa , main purpose to maintain and overhaul power plants and supply and commission auxiliary systems "
