Responsibilities:

In PMO Department:
- Vouching of all expenses/claims
- Maintaining and managing the database of Cash Book
- Made different kind of vouchers for payments (e.g., CAR, REV, PV, etc.) and submitted for concerned approvals as per Company policies
- Keeping all record/data base on daily basis
- Correspondence with clients regarding Submission of documents
- Liaising with the project support staff regarding the standardization of information, guidelines, etc.

In Finance Department:
- Help facilitation regarding equipment inventory
- Made different kind of vouchers for payments (e.g., PRA’s) and submitted for concerned approvals as per Company policies
- Made Bank Reconciliation Statements of all bank A/c’s
- Reports and accountable to the Financial Officer
- Correspondence with different banks regarding Submission of financial documents
- Maintained the record in the UK based Accounting Software (IFS)
- Keeping all record/data base on daily basis

In Admin/Facilities Department:
- Booking and control of all travel requirements if any
- Booking and control of all Accommodation requirements if any
- Ensure contracts with all vehicle hire companies are adhered to and maximized to benefit
ADPK in accordance with Company Vehicle Policy
- Organize and maintain project specific control systems
- Investigate local market for cost controls of vehicle/driver hire
- Localized marketing duties when needed
- Responsible for re-fuelling/ repair & maintenance work for Company s pool vehicles, GOM Vehicle and also Genset of the Company
- Responsible for all Misc Purchases (Stationary Items/Kitchen Stuff), R & M of the office
Any other job that may be assigned from time to time by the management and to work extended hours if required

I have done my Masters degree in Finance with app. 11yrs professional experience.
