Duties and Responsibilities
-Efficiently completing and handing over the world largest Air Separation Unit to client Shell
-Completion Management and Final Handover of Systems with Documentation to Client
-Managed a Team of 25 Technicians and Engineers
-Monitoring of schedule and closely work with Contractor to meet Milestone
-Updating of Progress for Handover
-Developing and providing of weekly/month Report overview based on Handover Activities in the project , Chairing daily Completion Meetings with Discipline and Contractors
-Develop and ensure the implementation of Completion Procedures and Completion Instruction within the Subsections
-Co-ordinate with Construction Disciplines and Commissioning for Plant Completion
-Close coordination with various disciplines for target date of completion of different inspections to avoid delay of System - and Documentation Turnover
-Coordinate system definitions with discipline and confirmed system component tags from the various discipline in accordance to system definition drawings
-Expedite and follow up the Disciplines and Subcontractors for clearing of Punch items
-Involved in Management- and Client Meetings
-Follow up the completion of Engineering and Vendor documentation progress
-Handling and review of system dossiers of the completion packages (SCM, DD)
