My work experience as Senior Program Assistant M&E doing the following:
1. Operational data collection: This task involves operational data from the field with specific reference to Emergency Operation (EMOP) (food distribution by Sub-Office (SO) by month, area, type and number of beneficiary (by gender), quantity and type of commodity distributed), Country Programme activities and Protracted Relief and Recovery Operation (PRRO) in a similar manner (both Planned and Actual);
2. Data archiving and maintenance: This task involves archiving operational data on a regular basis and conduct for system update and maintenance.
3. Produce Reports: Monthly, Quarterly and Annually.
Also My experience as Senior Program Assistant VAM doing the following:
1. Undertook Monthly Livelihood and Food Security Update Reports for WBEG and NBEG States.
2. Undertaking the collection of market price and analysis on weekly basis.
3. Collection of GPS coordinates for point data in WBEG State.
4. Participation in interagency/NGO Nutrition and Health Assessments.
5. Conduct Pre & Post -Season rolling assessments- in selected locations.
6. Rainfall data report three times per month (every ten days).
7. Participate in developing a VAM food security database at Office level and ensure its continuing accuracy and utility.
8. Preparation of weekly / monthly seasonal outlook reports. Participation on writing Sub-office weekly and monthly situation report.
9. Develop links with specialized institutions/organizations with information and already existing systems.
10. Updating of Household livelihood profiles and zones.
