As a shift team leader in hotend(Furnace, Tin Bath & Lehr) with Obeikan Float Glass, Saudi Arabia. I believe I meet all the essential criteria of the position. Highlights of experience and demonstrated talent I would bring to your organisation include:

 Instrumental in involved in thickness & width changeover from control room and in field operations.
 Demonstrated excellence in controlling the process parameters of the float bath to maintain tonnage, width, thickness of float glass & total process of tin bath, furnace and lehr.
 Stellar in managing shift production in the filling up responsibility as a production executive for 5years.
 A keen communicator with honed interpersonal, problem solving and analytical abilities.
