Basic Function and Scope:
•In charge of Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance program (CM) for Mechanical Equipments (Pumps, Compressor, Boiler, Vessels, Engines, Valves, Separator & Heat exchanger).
•Surface wellhead dismantling, inspection and maintenance
•Centrifugal pump single & multistage troubleshooting, inspection & repairing
•In charge of selection and repairing for Mechanical seal and bearing
•Multiphase pumps troubleshooting, inspection & repairing
•Progressive cavity pumps (PCP) wells new installation & workover jobs
•Progressive cavity pumps (PCP) Design & selection of equipment
•Progressive cavity pumps (PCP) troubleshooting, inspection & maintenance plan and schedules (PM and CM).
•In charge of Converting jobs to convert ESP to PCP
•Progressive cavity pumps (PCP) Commissioning, running test activities and downhole equipment justification.
•Operating the MSU (mobile service unit) for PCP Downhole equipment testing and performance (operating & reporting)
