1-Responsible for all non – Automotive purchasing pertaining, Stationary – Uniform – Office supplies
PC accessories – Servers - Software – industrial safety requirements - Office furniture – Food &
Beverages and utilities supplies – printing materials aligned with company budget .
2-Responsible for allocating new suppliers and negotiate prices and terms to receive best offers.
3-Responsible for supplier's agreements.
4-Responsible for payments formalities and procedures with finance department.

Public Relation & Admin. duties:

1-Responsible for hotels reservations and airlines tickets and visa formalities when reserved
Management approvals.
2-Negotiating with different hotels & airlines and provide best rates and Conditions.
3-Managing and organizing VIP meetings & events inside and outside EGA.
4-Handles all employees' relation functions.
5-Managing payments of electricity – Water Company – mobiles and Telecommunications.
6-Responsible for factory utilities maintenance ( Photocopier machines – Restaurant tools &
Equipment’s – office furniture, etc…).
7-Handling the Delivery of the final product cars with all dealers in Egypt ( using sales
Program system).
