Human Resources Officer (Post-Boarding)
 Assists in hiring; this includes recruitment, placement and eventual selection of successful applicants.
 Assists with verification of staff guarantors & referees, past employer’s reference confirmation, issuance of introduction letter to Staff (Embassies, Professional bodies, Higher institutions of learning e.t.c)
 Assists in training and Performance management, which includes appraisal of employees, identification of training needs, job evaluation, promotion of staff, preparation of annual training plan and annual training budget.
 Reassignment and rightsizing, which includes placement of employees where their strengths will be optimized and ensuring maximization of employee productivity.
 Staff medical management and leave and exit management; this entails ensuring that company’s properties e.g. Id Cards, lapel pins, HMO cards) are properly withdrawn from exited staff.
 Assists in Company policy development, Staff mentoring, coaching, 360 degree feedback, Education relief scheme management.
 Workmen compensation, payment of staff leave allowances and exit benefits of staff.
 Supervision of HR staff, attendance of management meetings and preparation of report.
 Staff documentation process which includes collection of Id card forms, pension form, medical forms.
