Professional Experience
• Three [3] years experience exclusively in Oil and Gas processing design sector, designing downstream processing facilities
• Conversant with process design software (HYSYS, ASPEN, AFT Impulse, ProMax)
• Confident to produce Process Engineering deliverables, size equipment and piping and perform safety and design reviews. Deliverables include block diagrams, PFD, UFD, P&ID development and evaluation, pumps, tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, control valves, safety & relief valves and line sizing. Participation in process safety management, including HAZOP studies and closeout activities
• Acquainted with the following process design codes and company specific standards: API (e.g. 520, 521, 2000), ASME, TEMA, Norsok (e.g. P001, P100, S001), Total ECPs, Shell DEPs, ExxonMobil DIMs, Technip internal guides.
• Effective team player and open for new challenges
• Ability to work competently within a multidisciplinary consulting environment
• Problem solving, reflective listening, managing work flows and proactive approach to resolving technical issues
• Ability to adapt quickly to new methodology and work environment

➢ Basic Engineering of Cooling Water (CW) Unit
RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Preparing Process Data Sheet, Equipment List, Line List, Process Flow Diagram (PFD),
• Piping & Instrumentation diagram (P&ID) development,
• Preparing Utility Consumption Summary and Chemical Consumption Summary, Flare Load Summary, Operating Manual
• Equipment sizing, Pump hydraulic calculations, Line sizing
• Completing Control valve data sheet, Level Instrument, Pressure Instrument, Temperature Instrument, PSV data sheet
• Technical Bid Evaluation, Vendor Document Checking and Clarification meetings with vendors
• Participated in HAZOP study
