Process Engineer

Network Development Manager: Kilani Trading Company – Damascus Syria
- Define the business plan for the authorized service centers in Syrian provinces
- Measure the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for each service center and specify the drawbacks in order to be solved
-Conduct training courses for the technician by arranging a curriculum suited to their level in addition to distribute rewards for the premium technicians.

- Producing Electroactive Multilayer Stack actuator made from silicon
- Developing the fabrication process

Sales Engineer: Volkswagen Qatar, Doha
- Selling VW Autos
- Building good contacts with customers.
- Analyzing the market needs by defining the sales expectations and the present sales volume, as well preparing the purchase orders to VW factory
- Solving technical customer problems with cooperation with the workshop

Service Engineer: Nissan und Subaru, Syria / Damascus
- Opening repair orders.
- Specifying the major technical problems in customer’s cars.
- Distributing the job to the technicians and electricians in workshop,.
- Supervising the repair process in workshop.
- Testing the car before delivering to the customer.

In addition I was responsible for warranty claims and the service bulletins coming from the main factory.

In management courses dealt with several topics like (Decision Tree, Risk analysis, Organisation management and Six sigma) in addition I executed some practical projects focusing on Innovation Management topic.

In addition I have acquired skills in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile specialization by graduating from Damascus University in Syria,

My strengths lie in my understanding of the principles of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry science, as well as my ability to communicate effectively and willingness to work hard.

My previous employers can attest to my motivation, loyalty, and service and affirm that they have entrusted me with increasing amounts of responsibility.

My strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and other applications, would be:
AutoCAD , HYSYS, MS. Project Manager, Mathlab and Delphi as a programming language.
