to share my experience with others for the mutual benefits of the two parties.

I am managing multiple projects from start to finish since 1998 in the Oil and Gas projects. Referring to my CV attached, I took the role of Area Manager in Higlig Company managing three contracts in the same time; the EPC contract for the construction of the Central Processing Facility (CPF), the construction of Field processing Facilities (FSF) and the third contract is the Rental machines, the total value of these three projects is more than thirty million USD. After finishing these projects I shifted to Sindan Group and was responsible for three construction projects for more than one and half year. I joined Elrenk Company and spent a period of fifteen months responsible for the construction of a USD24 million road project in the south, rehabilitation of one hundred kilometer Alobeid-Dibeibat road as subcontractor to Chinese company CICO, this Project value was USD9Million. After finishing these projects I took the responsibility for the construction of Burri Water Treatment Plant, Algeili Water Treatment Plant and Shendi -Almatamma Bridge Project, the total cost for these three projects was USD47Million. After finishing these projects I took the responsibility for the construction of three dams, forty kilometer feeder road Projects at the same time and the project was finished within time and fund limits and with required quality and the total value for these four projects was USD5Million.
I practiced bidding works for dams, roads, bridges and buildings. I lead the negotiations with the client team regarding the different items in the contract specially the BofQ, the Project start and finish, Project Plan, the quality and quantity of equipment and machines to be used in the Project. I always prepare and negotiate with BOD the Project organization chart, nomination of key staff and their cost.

I prepare the Project Plans; time schedule and cash flows, using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft MS Project, evaluate the Project resources, appoint the Project key personnel to execute the Project, evaluate the subcontractors and make the agreements with them. Set with the procurement team the procurement plan, contact the vendors, make short list and approve the list, follow the execution of the procurement plan to assure the flow of the Project resources timely and with required quality.

the education system in My Country at that time was six years for primary school, three years for secondary school and three years for high secondary schools and then university or high education. Engineering is five years for one to have the B.Sc. degree. In primary school and secondary schools the language used for teaching is the Arabic language but students start to study English when they are in the fifth class of the primary schools. All study in Engineering is English language for the B.Sc. or Master degree.In high secondary school our English language teacher was a British.In the schools we studied Physics, Chemistry, pure and applied Mathematics, Neuton laws of motion,Statistics and others.

I follow the Project execution after been awarded, site handling, fixing stakes and control points, and activity and this can be done directly from time to time and by following the daily progress reports and read the performance report for each project in a daily basis.
