Project Consultant: Beijing Xing You Engineering Management Co. Ltd, China.

The Growth Path:

• As Deputy Manager - Commissioning & Hydro test .
• Responsible for New cross country Pipeline Cleaning , Gauging , flooding , Hydro testing, Dewatering, Swabbing and Drying (Gas 40”-160KM, Oil 32”-140KM API5LX70 Pipe Wall.Thk-14.6,16.9,17.5 ),Intelligent Caliper Pigging, Pre-Commissioning.

The Key Deliverables:

• 40” X 160KM – 1 No Gas Pipeline and 32”X 140 KM – 1 No Crude Oil Line.
• Prepared to Method of Statement & Procedures, Test Plan , Elevation Diagram , Testing Header.
• Attending contractual meeting and hydro test meeting with client and consultant .
• Hydro testing of station piping and plant piping’s.
• Inspection of pipes internal cleaning and Gauging Plate.
• Test Pack Co-coordinating and Preparation of final documents for handing over to client.
• Maintain and implement construction/commissioning activity in cross country pipeline and water distribution system.
• Carry out any other duties as required by the direct supervisor.
• Attend job progress meetings, Report job performance, keep Up to date recommended procedure, and circulate information applicable to each level of employees.
• Over all responsibility of every hydro testing related activity in cross country pipeline, Main line testing header fabrication, air pigging header fabrication and pre testing of header.
• Hydro testing of anti-corrosive protective system pipelines.
• Cleaning, gauging, and preparation of hydro testing section.
• Water filling, thermal stabilization, pressurizing, air volume calculation, hold period recording.
• After testing, dewatering swabbing and calliper pigging. Testing of all valve station including of launcher and receiver.
• After calliper pigging, drying activity carried out. Drying unto -15*C dew Point and hold period 24 hrs.
• Nitrogen purging started after acceptance of drying , fill the section with nitrogen having purity of 99.98% unto 0.5 bars.
• Identification of test loops, preparation of test packages and coordinating for Hydro test.

o ASNT Level II in RT, UT, LPT & MPT.
o Worked as 1 year (2002-2003) apprentice at Bharath Electronics Ltd., Bangalore.
o Implant Training from Bimetal Bearings Ltd., Hosur
o Fire fighting and fire prevention.
o PDO - HSE ,H²S .SLS, CMC, IFR Course Conducted for STS Training Centre, Oman.

2000 Diploma in Mechanical Engineering .
1996 SSLC from State Board of Secondary Education, Tamilnadu.
IT SKILLS: MS office, Auto CAD 14 & 2000, Solid Works

 Hydro testing & Commissioning of Cross country Pipeline & Station Piping
 Planning, Controlling, Monitoring and Schedule the work and efficiently organize the site / facilities in order to meet an agreed programme of deadlines by Reporting Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
 Duties include approval of construction modifications, drawings and checking material quantities, types and suitability.
 In addition I have marked up as builds and generally been solving installation / design problems throughout the site.
 Getting the work done by the contractor as per the scope of work & standard of project procedures.
 Coordinating with engineering team for Technical queries / clarification.
