 Managing operations and production performance by developing strategies of improving manufacturing performance and energy efficiencies. Leading a team of 52 employees including supervisors, technicians and operators.
 Planning, organising, directing and controlling product development activities towards attainment of set target.
 Establishing a corporate culture that will maximize production system effectiveness.
 Undertaking preventive maintenance (TPM) and timely tackling of on-the-run breakdown in order to optimize throughput and improve time and energy efficiency.
 Organizing a practical shop-floor system to prevent losses before they occur throughout the entire production system life cycle with a view to achieve zero accidents, zero defects and zero breakdowns.
 Planning and controlling production operational budget.
 Ensuring production activities are carried out in accordance to ISO 9001:2008 and SHE (safety, Health and Environment) standards.
 Team member working with contractors engaged in feasibility study, designing, installation & commissioning of factory equipments.
