Duties & Specific Responsibilities Includes
1. Compilation of Tender Documents (ITB) & Contract Packages in compliance of Oil & Gas industry standards.
2. Preparation of Contract documents, amendments, variations in accordance with approved company policy.
3. Execution and distribution of contract documents to Contractors and User Departments.
4. Gathering information regarding the status of ongoing contracts and issue periodical reports.
5. Establishing and maintaining an Approved Vendors list and a contracts database.
6. Performing other similar duties such as providing administrative assistance to other staff in contract related issues.
