1. 10/2010-08/2011 AngloGold Ashanti (Iduapriem) Limited, Tarkwa.

National Service with the Instrumentation Section –Engineering Dept.
Duties include the following;
• Assisting with the installation of SCADA (Wonderware Active factory) Software on computers meant for control and monitoring of plant operations.
• Assisting with the calibration of Conveyors Belt, PH meters, weightometers, etc. in both the CIL and Crushing Plant.
• Installation and repairs of operating systems for computers used in the Control and monitoring of plant operation.
• Troubleshooting and rectification of faults on lighting circuits at Thickeners, Cyanide mixing area and Tunnels.
• Assisting with the installation and programming of Variable Frequency Drives to run various motors both at the CIL and Cushing plants.
• Assisting Instrumentation Technicians with the installation and repairs of Fire Detector panels, Fire and Emergency Alarms at locations both within the CIL and Crushing Plant.
• Installation, Isolation, de-Isolation and disconnection of Instrumentation Equipments.
• Conducting both Planned and Preventive Maintenance activities.

2. 06/2009 - 08/2009 Naval Dockyard-Western Naval Command, Sekondi.

Industrial training at the Electrical and Radio Departments.
• General servicing and maintenance of electrical systems on Merchant and Ghana Navy ships.
• Installation of various sensors and transducers to monitor both ship and its engines operations and performances.
• Servicing and maintenance of Marine Navigational and Communication Equipment.


3. 06/2007 – 08/2007 FrankQuash Motors La, Accra

Industrial training at the Auto Electricals Department.
• Direct – on – Line/ Forward and Reverse Starter, control and power circuit wiring.
• Battery maintenance.
• General troubleshooting of faults and maintenance.
• Servicing of starters and alternators.

1. Very good at computer software installations, hardware installations, troubleshooting and servicing and also, very proficient in the use of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
2. In addition to my IT skill I am also good in the use of circuit simulation software such as Proteus, LT spice, Circuitmaker and also PBasic software for Basic Stamp Microcontroller Programming.
3. I am also very good in the reading and interpretation of both Electrical and Electronic circuits Relay Logic and Ladder Diagrams.
