- In charge of the development and maintenance of Health, Safety, and Environmental systems and to document them in a HSE plan.
- Issue Subcontractor and update the HSE management system according to the project, policy, aims and constraints of the HSE plan.
- Ensure the HSE plan in compliance with the project and advice regularly on the results and objectives.
- Organize the HSE weekly inspections of common places and construction area and issue report to Client and Subcontractor.
- Make sure that all HSE requirements are met of the project Construction.

- Perform regular updates and control of HSE activities: audits, inspections, reviews.
- Coordinate HSE activities with the client and third party's representatives.
- Elaborates and present training presentations such as electrical commissioning, pressure tests, WAH, manual rigging, hot work, housekeeping in both languages.
- Conduct statistical analysis and establish report related to HSE activities
