11 years of experience as the instrument technician in LNG plant GL1K sonatrach algerian company
SKILLS AND FIELD EXPERIENCE

*Carries out the safety and health tasks as prescribed by management
*Provides an advisory service on any control and instrumentation related issues to the section engineers.
*Compile drawings (Process flow diagrams, Piping and Instrumentation drawings, Loop drawings, Cable schedules, Instrument schedules and Functional specifications)
*Setting realistic targets for audit and maintenance schedules.
*Monitor whether targets are met.
*Capacity to do job alone by following safety rules and regulations
*Sound knowledge and good experience in the management plant instrument maintenance
*Skilled in PLC, DCS, ESD plant automation control
*Good knowledge Rosemount technology
*good knowledge mark v system (hard)
*understanding of sequence logic control and able to read all diagram logic and electric.
*able to work for different category of tension LOW and HIGHT TENSION
*understanding , PID loop (open and close loop) cascade ,ratio, split range on off
*good knowledge control valves pneumatic , hydrolic and motor valves.
*control the reability for DCS
*Troubleshooting ,repair and solving of various instrument

ĬInstrumentation supervisor at the construction project of isobutane unit at the GL1K LNG complex
ĬInstrumentation supervisor at the renovation of the unit natural gas liquefaction provided by the Belgian company FABRICOM.
ĬSupervisor instrumentation for the commissioning of new production train GL2K designed by KBR company since 14/03/2012 to present.
