Experience of Exploration Wells, High Temperature / High Pressure Wells, Deep-water Wells, Water Injection, Extended Rich Drilling Wells (ERD), Directional / Horizontal Wells, Multi-Laterals Wells, Side Tracks, Workover and Conventional Wells. Also CBM Drilling and coring. Ifve developed a valuable knowledge of international drilling operations. . Ensuring safe, efficient and cost effective execution of the drilling/workover program. Review & checking drilling program, review and fully understand drilling program and make sure that is including the following subject: well objectives and targets, well datum level, expected TD, time vs depth graph, location and target, non-standard operation (simops), potential hazardous operation, over pressure, shallow gas, collision risk, possible H2S, expected loss of circulation zones, offset well reference, expected pressure with depth versus pressure prognosis chart and table, leak off test requirement, hole deviation and survey requirement, target tolerance, drill string vibration, casing wear, BOP requirements and test pressures for each section, well head specifications, casing program and design summery, mud program, cementing program, logging and evaluation program, formation characteristic and depths of expected hydrocarbons, hydraulics, new technologies, well control procedure, time-cost graph, planning work instruction for daily base activity.
