Production engineer at Landmark Egypt Automotive Co. in the production lines of the mufflers used in deferent models of General Motor’s vehicles from 13/8/2011.
Job description:
1-The team leader of Quality Assurance and Planning department in Landmark metal works.
2-Apply the quality system of General Motors (Quality System Basics) to the factory.
3-Plan production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.
4-Prepare operational schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets specifications.
5-Review production orders/schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates.
6-Review production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
7-Analyze Data and prepare different production reports - e.g. FTQ – FMEA – Pareto charts – OEE – PR&R.
8-Observe workers to ensure compliance with standards.
9-Compile, store, and retrieve production data.
