Piping Engineer - Soter

Over 5 years of Piping and Pipeline Front End Design and Detail Engineering experience in Oil and gas, Petrochemical, projects.

Preparation and Review of plot plan, equipment layout, piping material specification as per process description / PFS / PEFS / Line list.
Preparation of conceptual piping layout to estimate preliminary bill of quantities and Preparation of detail piping layout with minimum possible routing by considering flexibility, access maintenance and safety.
Calculation of wall thickness with corrosion allowance, and selection of piping and line pipe grade, according to service.
Prepare specification for wall thickness calculation, Performing stress calculation (restrained and unrestrained), Expansion anchor location and sizing, support and span as per CAESAR II, with interpretation of pipeline PEFS, and safeguarding requirement.
Vendor drawings & document review.
Preparation of Nozzle orientation drawings with platform support clip details and location of instrument hook details.
Prepare specification for Mechanical & Piping Items.
Preparation and Review of Datasheets & Functional Specifications for Piping & Pipeline items.
Technical Bid Evaluation for Mechanical & Piping Items
