instrumentation engineer

A creative and enthusiastic person with 5 - years hands on experience on Erection and Commissioning of Power plant , Oil & Gas Plants

• Overall responsibility for Installations, testing & commissioning with quality and delivery of power for various Projects in Power, oil & gas field.

• Reports directly to project Manager and liaise with Project team in project management contract administration, prepare work authorization, project execution plans, Risk assessment and work package's, planning and execution of onshore production facilities.

• Directly supervises project engineering team, subcontractors, specialists and drafting works pertinent to assigned projects. Monitor and coordinate site visits for onshore projects, plan and manage and identify detailed scope of work, and proceed with FEED process and design coordination, ensuring cost effective and quality engineering deliverables as per schedule.

• In addition to the above the services also include coordination, administration, monitoring and control of project deliverables, cost control, procurement, contract administration and safety in design engineering. Review engineering scope of work and prepares cost man-hour estimates and project change request (PCR's), and other engineering inputs.

Major role & some of the Achievements during Thermal Power Plant–Project in Panipat:

• As a Project Team Leader fully Involved in Planning, Monitoring and controlling of Operation at Harayana Power Generation Corporation Ltd., 1X 110MW Stage-1 R & M works at Panipat Thermal Power Station Through M/S Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd., Northern Region Noida.
• INCHARGE of total project.
• Leading the team of engineers ,supervisors, and all categories of workmen
• Site administration.

• Complete project handling – Site mobilization, Project schedule using bar charts, kick off meetings ,sub contracting, Work Progress monitoring, Man / Material Management, Cost Control, Progressive Billing, etc.,

• Coordination with Customer, Consultant, vendors

• Customer satisfaction, etc.
