Started out as an entry-level motor mechanic for drilling motors, after a few months I became lead technician. I did that for 2.5 years until advancing to QA/QC technician. I did that for 3-4 months until taking an opening as Shop manager which I held for 1.25 years before resigning and bagn searching for a field position.
