Over 20+ years experience in various aspects of Oil & Gas Industry. Have been involved in Platform and Process plant Operations and Maintenance, well services operations,. A very highly motivated, dedicated and competent individual with excellent presentation and communication skills. Able to utilize technical, management and communication skill to full effect.
Considerable knowledge and use of applicable ANSI, ASME code, and HAZOP.
Familiar with MAXIMO for CMMMS. Do data gathering on equipments specification and populate into Maximo where required for by Technical Support Group onshore prior for their scheduling and planning purposes.
Familiar in utilizing MAXIMO functional modules and applications for works such as for registration of all assets and updating of equipments history for schedule planned and corrective maintenance purposes, generate, monitoring, tracking and closing of work order, Populate information on inventory listing for electronic updating of stock & non-stock items based on spare part interchangeability review list, assist Labuan base in generating new MAXIMO equipments coding and review shelf stock for minimum/maximum level, generate materials request services, monitoring request on weekly services and closing upon delivery and to liaise with shore expeditor to expedite materials delivery.
Combined experienced on multi discipline trade during previous exposure is an advantages during manpower shortfall for execution of day to day work offshore.
Thorough knowledge and experience in offshore safety permit to work, emergency procedures, job safety hazard & analysis. As an of the emergency response team offshore have undergone several emergency training at training centre onshore and have involved actively during drill at offshore installation. Part of my task is also to carry out adhoc check/inspection on all emergency & safety related equipment to be in good and well prepared condition and report any defect found and initiate immediate action for repair/replacement.
Project wise- hook-up & commissioning project on Rubicone Mobile Operation Production Unit (MOPU), Helang Integrated Platform, Turnaround and topsides maintenance, FPSO operations, Engineering and Constructions.
