carrying out all daily mechanical maintenance activities associated with Plant Facilities. Includes preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance in all static/ rotating equipment

- WORK EXPERIENCE:
I have got good experience in oil & gas industrial rotary and static equipment installation including GENP BCL , PGT 25 gas turbine and dry gas seal and maintenance activities .preventive and breakdown maintenance .Troubleshooting and shutdown jobs and commissioning activities for all rotary and static equipment of 0ffshore and onshore installation
also I have experience in Mega equipment alignment (using dial indicators and laser alignment tools)

EQUIPMENTS WORKED ON:
-preventive, predictive, breakdown and routine maintenance of :
-GE PGT25 Gas turbine .
-BCL306 & BCL405 HP centrifugal gas compressor .
-dray gas seal and mechanical seal,(JOHN CRANE, FLOW SERVE) .and packing
- centrifugal compressor's VRC unite.
- Rotary pumps and Gearboxes..
-shipping & booster pumps.
-reciprocating and Centrifugal pumps,
-Heavy duty pumps.
Instrument air compressor(rotary and reciprocating).
-Reciprocating Gas compressor .
-Gas and diesel engines (Caterpillar and Waukesha),
-potable water maker.
-sewage treatment unit.
- Chemical dosing Pumps,
-life boat maintenance.
-alignment(rim and face , reverse, laser alignment) .
bolt tensioning using hydraulic torque wrench-
-Static equipments like Valves, Heat Exchangers, fin fan Coolers ,vesels etc.
