Responsibilities:-

 Routine process samples analysis and reporting to process.
 Research and development work to develop new process methods to improve the quality of product
 Instruments handling and calibration like Gas chromatograph, Reflective index, PH meters,
 Stability and dispatched samples analysis as per IP, USP and BP.
 ISO Documentation and reporting.

Sr.QC/QA Chemist (Feb-2008 to July-2010)

Responsibilities:-

 Analysis of Process Samples,R&D Samples,Inprocess Raw materials and reporting to process
 Preparation and Standardization of Solutions as per ISO method and make ISO Documents.
 Instruments operation and calibration of Atomic Absorption Spectra (AAS), Auto Diluter, Auto titrate, ICP, COD Apparatus, UV Spectrophotometer, Sulphur Apparatus, and Flame Photo meter, PH meter Etc.
 Sampling of Raw materials and Finish Product.




3. Golden African Resources Pvt LTd
Make- Cobalt & Copper Products.
Location – Lubumbashi, Congo, Africa.
QC/QA In-charge (From July-2010, Current Job)

Responsibilities:-

 Daily Process Reporting to HOD and Production Dept.
 R & D Work as per requirement of Process.
 Method development for new product and Set Process for same.
 Analysis of Various types of minerals of Cobalt and Copper.
 Calibration of Instruments and maintenance especially for AAS and XRF.
 Manpower handling and arrangement.
 Raw Material and Finish product Analysis and Documentation.
