Two Types of Boilers
I. WATER TUBE (Babcock and Wilskock Boiler)
II. SMOKE TUBE (Package type Boiler)

Responsibilities:

Planning and Scheduling of Shutdown / Turnaround jobs.
Application of HSEQ procedures.
Identifying consumable spares to keep the inventory maintain.
Maintenance of High-pressure vessels.
Maintenance of Overhead fins forced type air-cooled vapor condensers.
Maintenance and Replacement of Mechanical seals of centrifugal, high speed and diaphragm, pumps with coupling alignment. Also, complete overhauling of different types pumps installed at plants.
Complete maintenance of Distillation Columns. (Atmospheric and vacuum towers) replacement of damaged packing’s materials replacement and maintenance of trays and strip valves and bubble caps and other accessories replacement and maintenance and cleanings.
Re-Tubing of different types of Tube bundles of heat exchanger

Worked is W.W.T.P (waste water treatment plant) capacity 1 Million GPD field MILL WRIGHT TECHNICIAN in Gul Ahmed Textile Mill PVT ltd design by Wuhan Huaan Engineering Co ltd from CHINA.

At Pal Technology U.A.E Abu Dhabi
 February 2004 to January 2006.
Worked as an operator & mechanical technician at R.O (Reverse Osmosis) plant & total P.LC system designed by American company ITT. Worked at different capacity and also worked in installation as per drawing.
