FIXED EQUIPMENT ENGINEER LOOKING FOR A JOB IN THE OIL INDUSTRY IN A LONG TERM CONTRACT

Fixed Equipment Engineer – Mejorador de Crudo Petroanzoategui (Former Petrozuata).
Develop of design and repair scopes of fixed equipment. Develop proposals for upgrades to existing static equipment and piping system. Conduct feasibility studies, in-house engineering for small to medium size projects. Lead Maxi Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations as required for Defect Elimination projects. Participate as a key member of the Risk Based Inspection (RBI) studies. Prepare detailed engineering packages for construction and repair of fixed equipment. Participation in Change Manage Administration Programs as own of CAF´s associated with the defect elimination projects.

Pressure equipment inspections planning and execution. Develop of specific Inspection Plans of fixed equipment according to national and international standards. Complete equipment integrity assessments and provide recommendations for corrosion mitigation and production optimization. Develop Pressure safety valve inspection plans and optimization of inspections strategies based on maintenance and inspection history. Develop, maintain and/or control Quality Records, including engineering packages, inspection reports, integrity assessments, nonconformance reports and other necessary documentation for pressure equipment. Assist with the design and implementation of Risk-Based Integrity Management Program. Identify and participate in resolution of nonconformances. Review engineering packages for material selection, weld procedure acceptance, specification and regulatory compliance and application of asset integrity principles
