Degree in Petroleum engineering, with 29 years well engineering / operation experience working at the Peruvian jungle in Onshore oilfields and in Offshore oilfields in Talara basin, also with international experience in Argentina and Mexico oilfields (Neuquén and Poza Rica, respectively) with majors state and independent companies, proved staff management skills with 5 years in a leadership position with resource play experience, workover and completion engineering experience, comfortable working strategically as well as tactically, proved project management skills, proved commercial awareness, with natural drive for performance improvement and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
