Training Details:
• Identify the dimensions of the workpiece.
• Draw the workpiece’s dimensions on Auto-cad program.
• Manage the dimensions and process with the worker.
• Learn about turning machines and it’s mechanism

• Normal and General maintenance for the car.
• Traceability for a mechanical or electrical problem in the car and fix it.

- Electrical troubleshooter. "Solve the problems of the machine to keep the machines under running operation".
- Responsible for mechanical troubleshooting. "Identify the problems and change it with the spare parts which keeps the machine under running operation".
- Having a good background about designing electric circuits using PLC , Drives & Touch screen. " types for plc; Koyo, Shliesher, Mitsubish and for Drives Eurotherm".
- Generate maintaining system. " responsible for filling a computerized report maintenance plan to increase the live time of the machine",” responsible for making a report for the spare parts”.
- Additional printing unit for the Ceruti machine( control & power circuits) using Koyo PLC and Eurotherm Drive.
- Elevator consists of 3 floors using Koyo PLC ( design, control & power circuits).
