Dear Sir,I believe that I have required caliber for the job profile and my CV will demonstrate the attributes. I have graduated in Mechanical Engineering and completed IDipNEBOSH .I am also holding professional permanent membership from international Institutions in engineering, safety & risk analysis such as MIE , Grad(IOSH), MIIRSM that caters to my HSE profession on regular basis. Presently continued CPD towards Chartered Membership in IOSH. Effectively performed the responsibility of Executive Engineer (HSE), Safety Officer , Production Safety Specialist in major oil & gas industries.
I have almost 25 years HSE experience in oil and gas industries served in different HSE Operation and Technical departments in three largest national and international oil companies Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) India & Qatar Petroleum (QP), Qatar , PetroChina Company ( China) Halfaya Project Iraq.All are government & joint venture oil companies and have major contributors in upstream /downstream oil & gas business. These companies have established and managed by robust Health & Safety Management Systems that gave me huge exposure to all the elements in HSE management system in oil & gas. I have effectively conducted, reviewed, assessed, inspected, performed & managed HSE issues within various Interdepartmental, Corporate and Operation requirements in line with Quality, Environment, Health & Safety issues, audit compliances and certifications. Experienced in Hazard Identification and Risk Management techniques in both HSE in operation & maintenance . Lead role to implement the international legislations & standards in HSE management systems for safe operation of work activities and procedures. Recent role in corporate HSE management in process safety and asset integrity has given widened exposure in risk management in existing projects, upgrades and conceptual design stages.
