Project Title Mould Runner Detecting System: Industrial Safety Product

Description
 Designed & manufactured a System, which detects the left runner in the mould.
 This absolutely prevents the mould damage, time and increase the production.
 Successfully working system installed on 2 machines.

Project Title : PLANT DESIGN FOR PRODUCTION OF OIL.
Organization : ASIAN ACADEMY OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING.
Description : In this project we did the equipment layout (plan and elevation), nozzle orientation and piping general (plan and elevation) arrangement. After that did calculations for stress acting on pipe internally as well as externally by using standard formula and nomographs as per ASME B 31.3 and then did floor height calculations’ and ladder calculations. Finally drawn the equipment layout (plan and elevation), piping arrangement (plan and elevation) and Isometrics by using software like Auto CAD as well as Pro Pipe software.


 Participated in Kaizen Event for Quality Improvement in CHC & AWT products by TML.
 First prize for COEP Robotics Event ‘MinDSparK’ in Oct’2008.
 First prize for COEP Robotics Event ‘MinDSparK’ in Oct’2009.
 Second prize at a National level event at SVPCOE, Nagpur in 2010.
 Participated in International level event RoBoCoN 2010 Robotics held at Balewadi Stadium conducted by DD-MAE, Role : Team Leader.

 My project “SOLOMECH” was selected in “IIT TECHFEST POWAI” for “ENERGIZE COMPETITION”. It was ranked among top 20 out of 2060 projects in 2009-10.
